Throughout 6 sessions we’ll work together to help you:
- Experience a somatic approach to coaching that helps you build internal attunement help you release stuck emotions and armoring
- Build self-leadership and deeper inner knowing
- Learn new ways to deal with triggers
- Cultivate personal embodiment to build more confidence and self esteem
We’ll meet for 6 one hour sessions over Zoom to address your concerns and help you find a stronger sense of self leadership and self knowing.
You are in good hands; I am an experienced International Coaching Federation ICF credentialed and certified coach.
