About the Group Coaching Program
Developing self-leadership helps you be an even better leader, embody leadership presence, lead a more fulfilling life and become more resilient during set backs. Whether you want to be an even better role model for your kids, a stronger leader at work, or get out of the slump you’re in, cultivating self-leadership will give you more resiliency to navigate the hard times with more ease.
2020 has us feeling unsettled, stressed, and powerless – to name a few things. Now is the time for self-improvement and learning healthy ways to cope and navigate the uncertainty with the added support of community – which so many of us are lacking right now.
Outcomes of the group coaching supported by the coach and our small group:
- A coaching plan that serves as the foundation of your own personal resiliency development throughout the program and beyond.
- You will integrate daily practices into your lives with measurable results.
- You will learn healthy ways to navigate change and uncertainty and better lead others through it too.

Our group coaching program will begin Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from 11:30 am-1 pm CST. We will meet for 90 minutes the first and third Wednesdays of November ’20-February ’21 for a total of eight sessions.
We will use Zoom to meet as a group and will be recorded. Slack will be used as a place for support, accountability, check-ins, accessing resources and tools provided by the coach and sharing with others. There will be Practice Gyms to support the developmental work we are doing in the coaching.
Areas of exploration will include inner critic work, deepening self awareness, exploration of your Enneagram type, somatics and embodiment, tuning into mood and emotions, stepping into your power. This is a sample of where the coaching work will take us. This work will be supported and cultivated with daily practices
